Gary did an amazing job...came out the same day and replaced our heating system. Excellent customer service!

Robert, who responded to my problem, was very professional and answered all my questions, and gave me information on how to use my system more efficiently and gave me tips on how to make the airflow better in my home. He wrote up a report and went through it step by step as to what he did while he serviced my unit. Very professional and friendly. He put my mind at ease.

I cannot thank O'Donnell & Sons enough. I discovered a leak in my basement early in the morning and I noticed an O'Donnell's truck, which was servicing someone else in my neighborhood. I walked out and spoke to the gentlemen and they stated they could help me right away. They fixed my problem and also serviced my heating and air conditioning unit for the fall/winter season.
