Furnace died early Monday morning. Chance came over early that morning and gave me options for fix or replace. My furnace was over 20 years old and I decided to replace it. Older house with small area for working. They had the furnace installed and working by early afternoon the next day. I appreciated the quick work so myself and my family had heat.

Did a great job, they responded right away, and made me feel comfortable that they knew their way around a heater! And they will be doing my a/c repair next Spring.

When most other businesses wouldn’t return our calls during a terrible heat wave, O’Donnell was at our house the same day to help us assess why our A/C wasn’t working. We decided the unit was too old and needed to be replaced. The next business day the crew was at our home working hard in the heat to get us up and running again. I was so impressed with Gary and my ODonnell experience. I had an emergency on a Friday afternoon, when most people are gearing up for the weekend. Within a half hour of my call, Gary arrived to service my heater. He had me up and running in no time at all. Start to finish, the whole job was completed—parts included!—in one hour flat. So impressed! Friendly staff, and text messages to keep you posted about appointments and arrival times.

Came out the same day I called. Provided a reasonable quote on the spot and came the next day to perform the work. They were punctual, courteous, pleasant and professional. Explained everything and answered all of my questions. Work was expertly performed and all systems checked for proper operation. What a difference from the company I used previously.
