Chance & Steve worked as a team al day putting in my new furnace. Seemed to know their craft, knowledgeable, polite, answered my questions.

Service technician was capable and kept me informed of his activities throughout the process.

The technician was very courteous and made sure I understood the problem that he observed. When I asked him to show me the problem (with the humidifier) was made sure I confirmed what he saw.

Gary H was extremely courteous and professional, he explained what needed to be done in an easy to understand way, he arrived at the time he said he would and he finished the job quicker than I thought he would and left the work area just like it was before he arrived. His helper was also very courteous & professional.

Ray always checks system carefully & knows what it needs.

Everyone we dealt with at O'Donnell was friendly, helpful, didn't give up and knew when to aks for help from the furnace manufacturer's tech support We had an intermittent problem with the furnace not bringing the house to the set temperature. This happened over several months and usually worked well when the service guys came to the house - as happens with intermittent problems. It was finally resolved when they replaced the circuit board, which was one of the suggestions from tech support. It has worked fine since then. Every time I called for help the service guys came the same day, sometimes within one hour.
