We have taken on an old home that needs a lot of love. It was wonderful to find out that two tenants ago had trusted O’Donnell. And now we were able to put the home back in their care.

Excellent. We have used ODonnell for many years now. Never have been disappointed with the quality of work and customer service experience. Would suggest that if client being serviced does in fact purchase product and has it installed I think initial charge for call should be waved. Today we spent $3600 for the two water heaters.

ODonnell did an excellent job - under a week from my first contacting them to the completion of the attic, garage and basement insulation. They started the job a day before the estimated start date, and finished on time - which can be rare for these type of projects. All expectations were met and exceeded and they left the house cleaner than when they came in. We are extremely pleased with them. It was not the cheapest estimate we received, hence the 3 stars, but they did work with us on price and we feel like we got a superior product compared to what was offered by other companies

Saga started on Nov.18th when Ray came for annual service inspection and detected need for a new $700 water pressure regulator (detected from leaking and staining on cellar wall and floor). I don't think there was any connection but on Nov. 23rd water started leaking under kitchen sink. Ray returned and pronounced need for a new trap, as well as a replacement of the spray-hose that pulls out of sink's faucet. Trap cost was about $200, but spray-hose could not be replaced from his truck and we decided to purchase a totally new faucet. He also put in a new drain in the sink (which does not accommodate the existing drainer cup to we are unable way to fill up the sink with water). Dishwasher should not have been affected by any of these moves, but when activated it now leaked water as the return cycle went through the new trap (and its links to the sink and dishwasher). New faucet was ordered on line (as well as a 2nd new faucet for a 2nd (bar-/utility-) sink. O"Donnell's Jill and Jared on the phones were most helpful in scheduling installation of these two new faucets in the limited time between UPS delivery of the faucets and preparation of Thanksgiving Day meals. On Nov. 27th, Robert and Garry installed the new faucets (at a double-than-expected cost of about $900 because wider holes had to be drilled in the two corian coiunters) to accommodate the two new faucets and two soap dispensers. They also repaired the link in the trap-plus-line to dishwasher left over from the Nov.23rd work. We still can't get sink to hold water in its new drain (i.e., cup won't push down and lock as it did in previous drain) and we are heading out to buy a new one at hardware store today. Kudos to Jill, Jared, Robert and Garry who were most helpful amidst all this distress.
