I love the fact that O'Donnell has been in business for many years. They are always on time, and always get the job done. I know their prices are somewhat higher than others you can call, but to me it is worth it to know that the job is being done right.

I had a plumbing emergency. I called Several plumbers and none could get there that day. I called O'Donnell and they had someone there within hours. John checked it out, gave me a fair price, and did the work that morning. The work was done professionally and neatly. I would highlyrecommend O'Donnell to anyone.

We recently moved into a new house. This is the third time we've used O'Donnell (different issues). Gill in the office is the best and the plumbers who have been out to see us have all been terrific. Friendly, professional, and they take their time explaining the when, where and why of what needs to happen.

The scheduling was easy. The repairman was pleasant and courteous.

The work was performed fast and everything was fixed. Cost was double other quotes I received. Wouldn't have agreed if I wasn't in a bind. Township water was turned off and had to get the issue resolved at that moment. Was told $450 before completion then $547 after. Quote from different company was $190.00. Seems a little outrageous for two valves replaced.

O'Donnells always provides prompt, excellent service. Cost is in the top end of the range for services, but you get service that is appropriate for the cost.

We had a problem with our heat pump. While here to do a routine plumbing inspection, the technician spent a good 2 houres checking the system, finding the problem, thoroughly describing the problem and possible solutions, and then carrying out the repair. He was very thorough, polite and candid. We appreciate his service.
