I called on a Friday morning with no heat. Chance was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the issue - turns out I needed a new system but on Monday morning, Chance and John arrived and replaced the system! While they were doing their quality assurance checks after replacing the system, they noticed some potential issues. They stayed 2 hours later than needed to make sure all parts were operating to optimum efficiency to ensure I didnt have any issues after they left. Truly a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

The O'Donnell plumbers, John and Steve, were excellent. Worked mostly with John. Polite, straightforward, knowledgeable and on time. Replaced our hot water heater, had to reconfigure plumbing to make it fit, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Everything working great.

Clean work

O'Donnell gave me lots of reasonable options when our AC went out in August. They were able to replace our unit, troubleshoot some problems, and get everything up and running in <24 hours for a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more than that!

The cost was high, but the work was completed well!
